AI in the real world. I run a company that lists thousands of product online daily using AI. I also cofounded a company that photographs shelf tags in stores across the US and Europe and turns them into structured data with AI vision models. So I write about what actually happens when you deploy AI at scale, what breaks, what "accurate" really means, why the model is usually the cheapest part and about what's new in AI, filtered through whether it would survive contact with a real operation.
Retail prices, from the ground. Every week my team collects prices at Walmart, Target and Orlando restaurant chains. I publish what we see: which chains are quietly raising prices, how Walmart and Target promote differently, and a running tracker of Orlando fast-food and grocery prices anyone can use.
